Tummy’s Hips & Thighs! (THT)

It is a toning workout for 45mins for those who don’t want too much of an upper body workout. (Barbells or dumbbells (0.5kg – 3kg) are used but bodyweight participants are also welcome. Lower limbs are a main component of this class, so endurance in your lower body will be tested, so that you can achieve that toned look. Women and men both welcome. There will be combinations of moves that will challenge your body each workout.
