This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A FITTOX instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

JUST GETTING STARTED?
You can adjust a BOXING CIRCUIT workout to suit. Our instructors always show options to work at your own level. Start with 1-2 classes a week and you’ll be working out like a champion in no time at all.
All forms of boxing movement, as well as blending core and upper body strength into your techniques. One of Fittox’s most popular classes that really enhances the community feel of the gym. Bring a partner with you and have fun learning proper boxing technique together! Or come on your own and make new friends through the class. The classes incorporate movement and foot coordination, though you don’t need to be coordinated! It’s as intensive as you want it to be, great for cardio and overall well being. Focuses on learning which muscle groups are being used and you can go as hard as you want to.
